These buses were purchased to operate the newly acquired rural routes to Baginton, Berkswell and Burton Green. Two of these replaced the Dennis 30 cwt buses on the Brownshill Green Route. It has not been possible to identify the engine with certainty, but the engine specified is considered to be the most likely from the available literature.
