The route was identical to the western leg of Service 13 except that it turned left into Banner Lane and proceeded along Banner Lane to the gates of A C Wickman.
From Banner Lane via Broad Lane, Hearsall Lane, Spon End, The Butts, Queens Road, Queen Victoria Road, Corporation Street and Hales Street to Pool Meadow.
Broad Lane/Banner Lane junction, Eastern Green Road, Beech Tree Avenue, Glendower Avenue, Hearsall Common and Technical College.
Broad Lane/Banner Lane junction, Hawthorn Lane, Eastern Green Road, Larch Tree Avenue, Phoenix Hotel, Glendower Avenue, Tile Hill Lane, Farman Road, Technical College and Hill Street.
