Trams in Broadgate circa 1933

Tram 58 en route from Allesley Road to Bell Green, sporting its experimental destination box.  In the background is the National Provincial Bank, built in 1930.  Tram 72 is running between Stoke Bulls Head Lane and Earlsdon.  It is not clear whether this photo was taken on the same day as the other one, but the inspector appears to be the same person and the shadows are consistent with 10.30am, the time shown on H Samuel's clock in the other picture.

This photograph was supplied by Clint Hancox as part of a collection of tram pictures.
