Daimler CVG6

The Daimler CVG6 was the last rear-platform type delivered to Coventry Corporation.  It was the most numerous bus type with 172 delivered, although one (XVC281) was originally delivered with a Mk 8 Daimler engine.  The first batch of fifty had Birmingham fronts, with the headlamps in the radiator cowling, but the rest, like the one illustrated, had Manchester fronts.  295RW is at the Copsewood Terminus.  The top front vent windows are open, so it was probably a hot day.
